When you submit a Charter Partnership application, we receive the information you provide: club name, applicant name, title, work email, city, club website, and any optional details you choose to share such as phone number, preferred installation timeframe, or additional notes.
How we use it
Application information is used solely to review your inquiry and to correspond with you about a potential Charter Partnership with The Clubhouse™. We do not sell, rent, or share applicant data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How it is stored
Submissions are stored in a managed cloud database provided by our hosting platform. Access is restricted to authorized personnel involved in reviewing applications and communicating with applicants, and is protected by platform-level authentication and row-level access controls.
Your choices
You may request that we correct or remove your application information at any time. Submitting an application does not create an obligation on either side.
